This time i think i blow it....

I own a G900F with knox tripped, rooted, with stock but already with custom recovery (TWRP 2.8.0.1)
I updated using kies to latest firmware (ANE2->ANG2)

Now when booting it's stuck on "RECOVERY BOOTING"....
I can enter download mode, but I don't want to screw it more without an advice...

Can somebody help me?

Thanks in advance

Flash the new rom with Odin 3.09 and data factory reset afterwards. The rom can be downloaded from here http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=SM-G900F.
