Hello,
I have a galaxy tab 2 10.1" with CyanogenMod 11 and last week it started to reboot every 5 min.
I tried to do a reset in settings, it reboots to same state.
I removed apps, and reboot, the aps are still there.
I enter recovery mode, do a factory reset, reboot and the tablet is still withe the same data as before.
Tried to use a difference room, em I reboot the data is always the same.

I am guessing the board memory is busted
Is there any thing I can do ?
Or do I have to replace the system board. And if I do have to replace the system board, can I put a P5113 or a p5210

to remove everything, you must format /system /cache and data/media in mount & storage inside recovery. then flash again your rom and gapps.

Few things that comes from my mind:

Try every recovery (use the .md5 file with odin)
Try to changing file system (philz touch f2fs can do it, try format to ext3/f2fs then format again to default/ext4)
Flashing stock rom with .pit file
Etc

Since you're asking about system board, i don't know.. too much possibilities. Components, compability, board size, etc might become problems..
I might be buying new device rather than the board if i were you.. but it's up to you of course.
