My device is 5210 and while installing the 5210 zip recovery tells me that this package is for the wifi version and my device is lte version.

What should i do?

5200=3G
5210=Wifi
5220=LTE

Are you sure you have LTE and 5210???

model number on the back says GT-P5210.

I have found you have to uncheck auto reboot. When flash is complete hold power button for 10 sec and tab will reboot.
