Adding Credit Card to buy Books impossible on SM-T211

Hello Everyone...
I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7 SM-T211

So far so good, but I tried to use Play Books and get some books. They asked me for my credit card and I introduced it many times but when I hit save.. is giving me an error .. Connection time out.. What the hell?
I tried so many times, and every time same error..
Any ideas? I tried anything. including resetting my tab to factory defaults.
Still nothing!

Anybody got the same problem?

it could be an incorrectly configured security issue or maybe unsopported in the rom itself.
what does google have to say about it? they wanna make that money, pretty sure they'll
help you get it sorted. you may need to create a proper account on your device, though
it's probably a bad idea to encrypt your device.
