[No PC] knox/kingroot/flashfire/TWRP/signed rom/firmware/

Dear XDA Dev's and members,
*For those of us who don't own a personal computer.
After rooting lollipop with KINGROOT now it's time to install a custom recovery.
Without a PC could I flash a custom recovery like TWRP with flashfire and will this trip knox?
The goal would be to flash a custom recovery then flash a signed Rom or Samsung firmware with knox not tripped.
Lastly could I flash a custom firmware with the stock android recovery manager?

Twrp no if you want to keep knox, yes if you don't care about knox, rom yes, with stock recovery no.

Not sure why you want install custom recovery if all you want to do is flash a custom rom.?

I want to be able to flash what i want... installed TWRP via flashfire.. installed iron.rom...
Next will try cyanogen... i wanted to keep this tablet samsung stock but the fun is installing custom anything...

how are you able to use flashfire with Kingroot, when Kingroot does not allow you to update supersu binaries?
