Hi, go to settings, general, backup and reset, you will find it there

Try the following key combo's:

Power + Vol. Up
Power + Vol. Up + Vol. Down

OR

Look for a tiny pin hole it should be the reset.

Hard Reset of Samsung Galaxy Tab S

I just did it on mine. Returning to Costco.

1) Power off the device.
2) Press 'Home' , "Up-Volume", and "Power" buttons at the same time.
3) Once you see samsung logo, release the buttons. This will load the Recovery Menu.
4) Once here (using volume button) move down to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the "Power" button.
5) (Using volume button) move down to the "Yes -- delete all user data" and press the "Power" button.

This will do a hard reset of the device.

Doing a reset of the device through the Android OS will only change the index that points to files... but not erase the files. This means that it could be recovered by a malicious person.
