I highly appreciate your interesting tweak, just curious to know how it works.

It works. Before doing this my wait time to load an embedded video using the stock browser was 5 seconds or more. This has cut it to 2 if not faster.

*Apparently this works by affecting the way your tablet connects to the YouTube servers rather than going through your ISP. It's a direct connection and that is why it is faster. Works very well for me, especially with embedded vidoes in the stock browser. YMMV.

Thanks for sharing this! Load times load in 2 seconds! It also fixed the connection errors I had in the Youtube app which I hated! Its sometimes I have to set the custom script after a couple hours. Thanks so much for this!

I just installed Selamba ROM. And it loads youtube videos almost instantaneously. Seemingly this trick (or something similar) is incorporated?

I've tested youtube load time without and with this script, and unfortunately can't see any difference.
