Everything is fine except my swipe to remove notification is not working now, I am on ics fusion

Why there is so much gap in network bar and battery icon. Also if I put mobile in Silent mode, the time which is on right side of battery %age gets hidden...

Plz solve this issue. Else everything is very good.... Loved it.
