I just switch from ios to android user it's 3 month ago and i want to flash the phoenix rom but i don't know what i should have in my phone .

Glad to see a new Android User .

Procedure to flash a Rom on any device is... First, you'll have to acquire root. So go ahead and look for a good rooting method for your Galaxy S4. Next you will need to Install a custom recovery, in some cases people install the recovery first then root their device. You'll have to figure that out. Then just simply download a Rom you like. Backup ur current Rom, wipe data and flash it.

My phone is already rooted so i need to flash a cutom recovery and after that flash the rom .
And what about the kernel ? And thanks a lot for your help

a kernal isnt necessary unless you want to overclock it.

My device:
Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket (rooted)
Rom:AOSP (4.4.2)
