[Q] Can I make a ROM with ota updates?

Hello guys,
I wanted to make my own ROM and put ota updater.
But I don't know if I'm allowed to do it.
Can only official ROMs have ota updates ?

Yes. There are some unofficial ROMs with OTA upgrade feature.
For example these two: LINK or CyanogenMod.
I'm not a developer but I think you should have a online server where these updates will be stored.

There is some app to provide such functionality in custom ROMs: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1803562

I was thinking to use otaupdate center to make updates.
