Default [Q] One app for all updates ? (Reddit, twitter,Rss & fb)

I tried to search so much but could not find a single app for Android that could fetch and display updates from Reddit, twitter, Rss, fb etc in one single window !!

There are apps which can fetch updates from a combination of them... but not all !!

At last I decided to post this question here, in case someone knew exactly what I was looking for

I hope I posted this in the right section .. any help is much appreciated.
There is always a way around . .
