[Q] Why people make huge signatures?

Especially moderators. Huge pics, moving colors. My head is spinning after browsing the forum. Guy posts one word but his ridiculously large signature fills all the screen.
Its like a spam. Isn't it a survival of times past?

I looked for a place where I could save a signature but couldn't find - new . If you will help me then I promise I won't use a big one

Not sure if question or snarky complaint ...if you do not like, then report them and a moderator can assist...


FYI, generally, 500w x 200h or so is acceptable....there are several signature threads already ...use search to read and review them to get the idea of what is acceptable and what is not.
