hey guys thanks for letting me join the forum. I have a problem with my Samsung galaxy s3 gt-i9305 one day I was using it and it died and then wouldn't boot I got into recovery mode I am now faced with the efs failed to mount problem I am all new to this and would like to know the most easiest way to fix this problem as I have no clue to what I am doing any links and top advice would be appreciated I have been without my mobile for nearly 3 months now. I know most people I have read about said about installing efs backup from sd card however I am all new to this so I do not have this backup to hand seens as I never knew I would have this problem hit me so hard

I am glad your problem was solved, always back up your efs files cause even sometimes you could lose them when flashing a rom, it once happened to me. Anyways try CM if you want a good rom.
