[Q] Problem with ROOT of LG G3

Hi

Sorry if the post is in wrong place but i am new if the forum

I read the post about ROOT of LG G3 here

But when I want to do the ROOT, the program stick on "Waiting for device"

How can I solve the problem

I already tried towelroot and it does not work also

Is there any files about drivers or any thing else, because I downloaded only the ROOT file nothing else
