Sooo, this is a quirky question to try and phrase, so bare with me;

A friend and I were disguising how GTOP tracks it's votes, and he said it tracks votes by IP and useragent as well. Well from what I know about useragents there's nothing so unique you'd be able to actually tell who someone is by that.. Low and behold, after using the site to vote with Chrome, and using my VPN to try and vote again, it had said I already voted. Alright, so it must be something with cache, or cookie session, I wiped cache, reloaded browser, and went into incognito mode on a fresh IP, it still said i voted in the past 24 hours.. At this point I gave in and loaded up Firefox to vote.. and it accepted the vote.... I tested a bit more, but wasn't able to vote a third time utill I used Internet Explorer.. So what the heck is in your useragent that can track you?

Is there something in your useragent that's really so unique to only you, or is it something else?

Help me get some sleep here lol
