I love the 6.4 inch screen of my ultra z for playing games like Deer Hunter 2014 (but not so much for bulkiness as a phone).
The newer Adreno 330 graphics also makes a big difference.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's screen is just awesome. Snapdragon 800 isn't bad either.
