This may now be an age old question, but will root and custom rom installation be avaible anytime soon?

I'm on 4.3 vruand3. Sorry for sounding like a noob but is this for me . I really miss custom roms.

Great. I didn't know I could install a rom after safestrap. I've done this before the last update. Thanks a lot .
