[Completed] Xperia Z Mobile Data Problem

Hai there , my phone got some problem with mobile data , its always happend after 15 minutes , the mobile data not working . but the H icon still there n to fix it i need to turn off the data and wait untill the H icon gone , n reopen the data . Is it software problem ? or hardware ? how to fix this ? its annoying .

but i can connect to the internet and can browse anything . the problem is , it after 15 minutes my internet cant be browse anymore like got some problem .. like my signal has been stop ????? why is this problem ?
to fix it i need to restart or close the data and wait for some minutes
