Default Alternative to Diztronic in Red

I'm really loving my black Diztronic case but sick to death of the color. It's always black, black, black or white with my phones, I'm so desperate for colors. Dying to get a Diztronic in red, but I know it's never going to happen.

I've tried the red Mercury case, but it's too damn thick. It's only like 0.5mm thicker than Diztronic, but I can really feel it.

Also tried the Spigen Ultra thin and Nillkin Frost, but being hard cases they are an absolute pain to remove. I've followed mmmmBacon's instruction but still ended up with minor scratches.

Thinking of getting the original Google bumper case or the fake ones, but it looks pretty thick and with the sharp edges it will only make it worse. And I've read plenty of people reporting the edges peeling off.

There are of course, cheap red TPU cases on eBay. But I'm hoping for a bit more quality case. And I know for sure with those cheap ones I'm going to lose the clicky feedback of the buttons.

So, any other alternatives to the above?

So the card method didn't work for you? ...

Anyway, if you're still wanting to stick with full TPU cases, I think the other bigger brands that have gotten good reviews are Tudia and Cruzerlite. Their cases come in multiple colours (Cruzerlite especially). You don't have to stick with Diztronic.

Tudia Melody - http://www.amazon.com/TUDIA-Melody-B...=nexus+5+tudia
A kid who drop tests it a bunch of times. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sbaz8FNY34A

Cruzerlite (Experience) - http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-Exp...s+5+experience
Cruzerlite (Bugdroid) - http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-Bug...xus+5+bugdroid
Cruzerlite (Cyanogenmod) - http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-Cya...s+5+cruzerlite
Cruzerlite (Androidifed) - http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-And...s+5+cruzerlite

Actually, I've been wanting to ask you.

How the hell do you manage to insert the card in the first place? Try as I might, the case was just too tight to insert a card taped with electrical tape, let alone a finger nail.

I've seen your video over and over again, and it just seemed so easy for you

I like the Tudia cases, but they don't come in red.

Cruzerlite seems cool. Are they comparable to Diztronic in terms of thickness?

I dunno, I guess I didn't really find it that difficult hah. I didn't actually stick my nail in between the case and phone, just used my nail to catch the lip and pry it outward. I just use the nail on my left thumb to pull the middle side of the hard case outward, using the palm of the right hand to hold the phone steady. Then once you have enough of a gap, slip the corner of the card, which is being held with the right hand, in the gap. Then just slide the card into position and pop it open. I guess reverse it if you're left handed.

I actually don't have any experience with TPU cases. I love my hardcases! Those were just the two brands I see being mentioned a lot and people liking them.
