I bought bumper case for the Nexus 5 on eBay which is consider official bumper case for Nexus 5, I noticed on the side the color on power button is all black which it is different than the actual stock picture showed power button is grey along with the edge on front of the case. I dismissed that cosmetic difference at first but after 3 days using this bumper case, the color around edge on front of the case is already wear out. This is by far the worst quality of bumper case I have ever used. I am starting to suspect this is not Google official case for Nexus 5.

Looks to be a cheap knock off of a case, you can kind of tell that the edges have not been properly molded, also the finish is uneven on the front bezel at those 2 shiny spots. Looks to be a botched fake that wasn't even produced all that well. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it.

Yeah, that's pretty cool how they made the microusb opening so small that only the official charger will fit without stretching it out. Mine looks about the same and my charger BARELY flexes the case. The Google case is garbage.

I wouldn't be so sure. The official Google bumper case is a POS.... It peels, flakes, and stains easily... and doesn't even fit properly for some people.

I would say that's the real deal. It's not a high quality case at all...
