they replied pretty quickly, asked for a picture and confirmed it was the right product. I also sent them a picture of the one currently on my phone with just one cutout, and asked why and when they made the change. just got the generic "we've received your question and will get back to you" email, nothing since. can't really complain for the price, especially since they don't show a picture on the website, but still disappointed in the change. it appears they're just sourcing these from whichever Chinese supplier is giving them the best price at the moment.
