Dumped this from the nexus 5 factory image,they're img files. They're from google's dev site so no worries. The files are from the GSM/LTE varet of hammerhead.

Bootloader: Download MD5: 016cb4c8ed5cc35cbfff363cefc42fe3
Radio: Download MD5: 0b9413b56c4aa5ccde6caa3af3b4b465

There might be a difference between the American and European version, I think you should tell us from which one is this

I THINK their radio might be different, but I'm not sure. If Google has only one available for download, they use the same radio (which sounds pretty strange to me).

Can you dump the partition table pls?
it's as easy as executing this command in recovery(tested in CWM but TWRP should work, too):

parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 print

These images are on the google website and it appears to be the same radio for each device. That might explain the 42MB radio size...

The D800/1/2/3/4 are all variants of the G2 whereas D820/1 is the Nexus 5.
