You may need to wipe your cache and dalvik cache in recovery, should fix it.

Thanks for the feedback guys...I always clean flash so I knew it wasn't that...it must've been a bad download because I downloaded it again and everything is working properly. I should have tried that first. Thanks a million this ROM is awesome OP. Definitely my daily driver with Franco kernel
