I actually believe kit kat will be short lived like ICS and froyo. I feel that 2.1 was gingerbread alpha and 2.2 beta gingerbread and ginger bread being stable. Jellybean 4.1 was alpha 4.1.2 JB beta 4.2/4.3 stable. I think next update would take advantage of art and possibly more tweaks to get android as smooth as possible. Just my 2 cents


PS anyone here feel 4.3 was unnecessary I kinda feel it was Google just trying to give gnex users one last update before they kick them to the curb
