I fix phones for Sprint.... You can't imagine the stories I hear people tell trying to get a new phone... Some of the wildest imaginary problems.

I couldn't sink to the level some people do to cheat the system. Especially since I've seen these things drive up the retail costs on phones and the cost of (Sprint's) phone insurance.

Its basically going to cost me $75 to change colors after I resell my old Nexus.
