I'm about to take a stab at flashing parts of 4.4.4 in fastboot but I have a couple of trivia questions. I'm only interested in the system and radio partitions, so if I flash the system will I lose anything data-wise? I am guessing I'll lose root and need to flash supersu, but anything else in the way of my accounts? I don't know whether things like my Google account, used by system apps, will get affected when I flash over those system apps.

You'll lose root, but not your data
