You just answered your own question. 😉

You've set WiFi to stay on in sleep only when plugged in. So when it's not plugged in it will turn off and on every time you touch the phone.

This should be unnecessary.. Leaving WiFi on always should not hurt battery life. Turning it off and on all the time will hurt it though. Always scan for signal is another waste as well.[/QUOTE]

That's a normal part of the battery estimation process. Nothing to worry about.

But i did not even touching my phone, it was in deep sleep and the wifi acted that way. Its just weird for me.

Uncheck Avoid poor Wifi connections. That's probably the culprit. It disconnected repeatedly cause your wifi signal was lower for whatever reason.

And seriously, keep wifi on always. Messing with the sleep when screen off stuff is pointless.
