[Q] Are the bezels of the Nexus 5 touch sensitive?

Title says it all. I know some other phone bezels are touch sensitive, but the OS is told not to do anything with touch signals that come from there. My old HTC Evo V 4G was like this. I was thinking about how neat it'd be to have invisible "capacitive" buttons down there and not have to use PIE for hiding the navigation bar.

No, the bezel is not touch sensitive on the Nexus 5. We don't have the hardware built in to support this feature.
