stop. using. toolkits.

boot into fastboot using power, vol up, and vol down all pressed at the same time and held until the phone boots.
Go back to stock on your nexus 5 using this guide: here

It is hard to under stand you, but if you want to go back stock without losing your data then follow the instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=53178646

If you want root you have to flash twrp http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/hammerhead. Download the latest version of twrp. Start your phone in fastboot mode and flash twrp recovery with fastboot command using cmd.

fastboot flash recovery path_to_twrp_recovery.img

then you need supersu zip from here http://download.chainfire.eu/447/Sup...SU-v1.99r4.zip
Flash the zip in twrp and you are rooted.

If you cant use cant use cmd then follow the instructions at my post which I linked. But instead of copying the factory images to c:\flash folder just copy the twrp image and rename it to recover.img. make sure you wont name it to recovery.img.img then type these commands in cmd

cd c:\flash
fastboot flash recovery recover.img
Then you can reboot to twrp and flash the supersu zip
