Broken Camera Glass, Maybe Lens?

What's the best route to go about fixing this?

I can take pictures, but light gets refracted oddly from the cracks, I'd assume.
Anyway, how do I replace the outer glass, or fix the problem?

Get a replacement off eBay. Here's a pic..
Just unclip the phone back. Unscrew the old cover. Camera is not part of it. Takes 10min

This is good advice.

I had to do this a couple of months ago and that's exactly what I did.

It's super easy to swap out... I used a credit card to pry open the back and a small Phillips screwdriver for the six screws on the cover.
