you're still on cm? that might be the cause. you can try deleting the camera apk from /system/app/, then reboot. check to make sure the camera is gone, then reflash that zip. but i have a feeling its something to do with cm.

You flashed 4.3 Google Apps?



I'd recommend flashing the factory image and locking your bootloader.

My thought exactly.

To the OP...

flash 4.4.3 GApps, or flash a regular Rom, CM may be too advanced for you...

Simply put, no one else has this issue with CM11, or Any other Rom, so its something you did wrong. Maybe flash a ROM that doesn't need GApps seprately?
