Default Full charge in Nexus 5

Hi
I received my first Nexus phone yesterday so... today it's the second full charge I done,
I noticed that the first time battery reach 100% tonight 99%
I rebooted and immediately it reach 100%
it's necessary reboot every time? why it show me 99%? you think it's better do a wipe battery? (it's a new battery as I said 2 charge in total)
i'm in stock rom, with root and custom recovery

If your device reaches the 100% the charging stops, until it losts a few %, then it starts charging again.
So nothing is wrong with your device - just enjoy it
