Cracked volume rocker

Today I was looking at my phone and noticed that my volume rocker is cracked right in the middle. It is still 100% functional, but kind of aggravating as the phone has not been dropped. I've searched the web, and have hardly found anything on this. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
