That's all i want, i go for omni for now because i love the stock theme.. Rom's (except for cataclysme which don't have all these option) are usualy themed ..
Get Xposed Framework + Gravity Box. It provides almost all features you mentioned at the moment.

i think purity covers all of those, i just recently switched to it from stock + gravitybox (using for nearly 2 months) as i wanted to try out ART

Cm uses a caf base

Omni uses AOSP base
