Hi guys,

I recently got a Nexus 5 and immediately noticed the yellowish hue over the screen. Initially, I did not want to root and unlock my device. However, since the screen calibration was unacceptable for me, I had to install a custom kernel in order to be able to recalibrate the screen.
Now, the display is fine but all the custom kernels I have used (Faux+Franco) decrease the performance of the device significantly. I experience a lot of (micro)lag and stutter during scrolling and zooming (chrome, facebook app, play store) and this really annoys me. Out of the box, the phone was extremely (iphonish) smooth and I want to have that same experience again while simultaneously have a calibrated display. Now I am wondering is someone can compile a custom 'stock' kernel which has the functionality of calibration the display?
