2.where did it create the folder.i cant find it using file manager.
3.and when i go to cwm recovery and go to "reboot system now".on the top it say" root access possibly lost.fix? This cant be undone"....i got three options.1 no.2 yes-fix root(system/xbin/su/) and 3 go back...i have been choosing go back and it reboot the phone normally....is my phone still rooted.which option should i choose from now on?thank

The android.secure thing is not an issue. It means you did not encrypt the file system.

The constant root nagging is a 4.4 bug, I think.

You should use TWRP instead.

Backup should be in /data/media/clockworkmod/backups
You can use a file explorer, like root explorer, to find it.
