Default Disable fast dormancy

I do not know if fast dormancy is only annoying for me but for me, it bugs me so much.
I understand that it can save battery tremendously but seeing how my "call stanby" is draining my battery a little less than "screen" I feel like this fast dormancy isn't even helping.
Maybe fast dormancy is why I feel like ATT had a more stable internet than Tmobile.
Is there a way to disable it?

DONATE TO ME
When I had my Note II I read this guide. It explains FD and how to disable it manually.
Hope it helps.

If you never have secril_fd-interface running, then you probably don't have it, right?

Haha well so far this is how it is for me.
I'm connected to H when I do not use any internet. However if I start using internet (such as opening facebook) nothing will happen for about 5 second or so until H turns into H+ then internet is back on.
And almost as soon as the page is loaded, my signal goes back to H which means I would have to wait another 5 sec or more to load a new thing.
I think this is fast dormancy right?

That is fast dormancy I recommend to just leave it as it saves battery

Hi,

I used the guide for Note 2. It's not compatible with N5 (both the app and manual method). Any advices how to disable it?
