When I dial a conference call, check voicemail or make a credit card call using the dialer manually, it works fine.
However, when I store the access number, pauses, and additional numbers in Contacts, my Nexus 5 either produces VERY long tones following the pauses, or no tones, which causes the receiving end to not recognize the number.
I'm working with Google on this issue. They're trying to blame it on Sprint since I have service with them. I've been with Sprint for more than four years. I never had this problem on my iphone.
I'm using Kit Kat 4.4.2. There is no DTMF menu in the Dialer Settings. Any help would be appreciated.
