Default [Q] Where is the downloads folder?

Hi all,

Having a brainfart here. I am using Root Explorer. What is the filepath to the Downloads folder? I put some files in the /Storage/Emulate/0/Download folder using Root Explorer, but cannot pull them up with the Downloads UI.

Thanks

Heeter

Hey, Thanks. I thought so.

But I am putting files in that folder from another folder with Root Explorer, and the Downloads UI is not picking them up.

Edit: Root Explorer is a paid version of a file explorer that I have been using for years.

Wait, so you want stuff that you put into the downloads folder to show up in the Downloads app?

Yeah, I just read that too. I don't believe you can.

Ya, like El Daddy said above, I dont think thats possible. I believe the downloads app will only show files that were actually downloaded through the phone.
