Hello,

I am trying to start afresh and install Stock Android back to my Nexus 5. I am in fastboot mode now and when I try to run the "flash all" script from hammerheard down, I get this error message here... https://db.tt/vLOilrDT

Can anyone help please?

when you extracted the files there should be a zip file by this name 'image-hammerhead-kot49h.zip'.
Check whether u have that file in the folder or not and if not re download the factory image.
