Default [Q] Flashing rom stock updates from clockwork recovery

Hi guys is it possible to install stock updates from Clockworkmod recovery without losing data (apps ecc)? I only needed to install a single patch but this invalidated OTA updates, I am not interested in other ROMs. If it's possible can you tell me where i can find the stock roms ready to be flashed with the custom recovery? Thank you!

Thank for your reply! The patch I needed is the one to boost the volume of the headphones http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2532788, If I remove this patch by installing the "Reset to stock volume" zip file , is it possible to proceed with the the scenario #2 of the guide you posted?
