That is the location I downloaded the stock image rom and ran the process. Looks like I'll have to figure out how to get it to Goolge.

That was the first fix I tried. Needles to say it didn't work.

I have the same problem, but it works when i restart the phone.. also I have the camera-app-battary-drain-bug
