maybe a reboot will fix this. otherwise try to wipe your cache...

im glad that people still know how to search(sarcasm), that there have been many threads started about this. if i was having a problem, the very first thing i would do is search, not ask a question without searching it at all. and dont say you searched, as i did one search a minute ago and got a multitude of results.

If this continues after a reboot try Settings > storage > clear data cache and reboot.

The problem was solved after format the device.
