Question [Q] HELP!! PLZZ unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped

Hi everyone
i have a error at when i boot up - unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped .

i cant get into the phone .because when I'm doing the final setup it just kept going back to the final setup.

I have try all! but i cant rest the phone or put new rom on it.

and when i try to Unlock the (lock state) i get i unlocked - but when the phone is restarting is got locked again.

I have trying to use - Android ToolKit and Nexus Root Toolkit but i cant get ,my phone to work.

I hope some can help me. And tell me what to do.

First, don't use a tool kit, use fastboot. But if you're unlocking the bootloader and it doesn't unlock it's most likely your emmc has failed and you'll have to rma the device

Boot into the bootloader and from your pc with your device connected to it type

fastboot oem unlock

Then reboot. If your device is not unlocked it's most likely bad emmc.

See rootSU's roll up sticky in the general forum of none of this makes sense to you
