[Q] the icon of photo is missing

Default [Q] the icon of photo is missing

I can take a photo and edit it, but when i click the photo icon in upper right corner, the program will exit. and I can't find the photo view in my list. the gallery is working, is there any operation wrong cause that? who can send me the android 4.4 photo apk in system/app?

How about if you swipe right to left?

if i swipe right to left, then it will turn back to camera,

can you tell me the software name of albums, so maybe i can find on the internet. i install the camera and gallery again, but not working.
