I think if the bleed just slight in the minor region.. accept it and enjoy your phone unless it somewhat major defect..
Trying hard to find a tiny bit of defect on this Nexus 5 beat the purpose of buying the awesome phone or we called it the developer phone..

I only have one corner bleeding. Back when I repaired phones I got this a lot with the HTC amaze. There is a 4 corner rule. If you get bleed on all for corners. Send it in. And I mean bleed. Not fade.

All the Nexus 5 seems to have a bleed in the top left usually

Top left corner here as well, not going to RMA. It wouldn't most likely change anything; bleeds are more like a feature.
