and i just installed Viber , Clash Of Clans , Instagram and airdroid
the phone just worked fine and no problem until 1 hour ago
since then , when i lock the screen ( manually or automatic lock screen ) and then i want to unlock it again , it doesn't work and when i press the power button it has no response

What your phone seems to have is a stuck power button. It has happened to others and is a hardware fault. Try pressing many consecutive times the button. if stills restarting, you'll have to return it to google.

Hm...

If your phone keeps restarting without being pluged into the wallcharger then it is not stucked power buttom. If your power buttom would be stucked then your phone just shut off after a few secs you turned it on, and remains turned off.
I assume that you are on 100% stock with locked bootloader.

Try to do a factory reset:

press and hold volume_down and power key until you see an android with an open belly.

Use the volume keys to select reboot recovery. Press power buttom to make your selection.

On the next screen you will see a smaller android with an open belly.

Press volume_up key and navigate to factory reset with the volume keys and do a factory reset.

Are you sure the power button isn't jammed?
