Can someone point to where this apk is at in CM ROM? I wanted to extract it and use it but I can't find it inside the zip and I don't know if it got rename or something.. Thank you

Its extracting the MMS.apk from system -> priv-app -> MMS.apk

Thank you, works great. I didnt know some apps were sent to a different location. I haven't flashed a ROM since T-Mobile G2 came out.. :P

Glad it worked well. The apk is sent there as seperate app that can be overdone with other sms app if needed in kitkat as default I believe.
