So i was messing around with multirom manager and tried to flash a kernel from the app and mucked up my phone. Recovery no longer sees my internal storage....hooray....so much for my nandroid back up :\. So at this point i have a locked bootloader and a phone that wont boot to anything other than recovery or into fastboot. Is there anyway for me to just flash a proper kernel? On Paranoid Android 4.4.4 btw. Any help would be awesome

Fixed it . Mods can erase
