I noticed a feature in a few roms called OTG MODE, it's a button added to the Quick Tiles, when enabled it turns the camera on and makes the OS transparent so you can see whats in front of you while using your phone. My question is can that feature be added to say CarbonROM by copying files from a rom with them or would it need to be added by source?

OTG is on the go most of the otg support roms advertise are talking about the otg-cable support which is used for external memory. This is like the transparent screen app herehttps://play.google.com/store/apps/d...sparent.screenbut it was called OTG-MODE and was incorporated into the ROM so you could use it as a quick settings tile.
